Process:
Create a playable level from scratch. Added lighting, static meshes, sculpted the landscape, implemented Quixel Bridge assets to make the habitat more realistic, added water, foliage, and built a castle.
What I Learned:
Post Process and Camera Exposure, Materials, Textures, Material Parameters and Instances, Creating a Master Material, Creating a Mini ‘Game’ using Blueprints, Importing and Creating Static Meshes, Migrating Assets Between Projects, Lumen Lighting, Types of Lights, Landscape Tool, Megascanning, Foliage Tool, Nanite, Trees, Water, the Importance of Folder Organization and more!
